1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent (“Customer”, “User”) and CyberPosture LLC (“CyberPosture”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website, platform, or RAMP (Readiness Assessment Measurement Protocol), you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Platform Usage & Enterprise Subscriptions
RAMP provides assessment-as-a-service, AI posture analysis, quantitative financial risk modeling, and audit readiness workpaper assembly. Subscriptions are granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for internal risk management, continuous monitoring preparation, and audit defensibility purposes.
3. Audit Readiness & Disclaimer of Attestation
CyberPosture provides technology tools to prepare and organize controls, evidence, and risk scenarios for third-party audits and Continuous Compliance Monitoring (CCM) tools. CyberPosture is not an accredited public accounting firm or licensed attestation provider. Final certification or SOC 2 / ISO attestation is rendered exclusively by independent audit firms or accredited certification bodies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
CyberPosture retains all right, title, and interest in and to our proprietary algorithms, risk quantification methodologies, and platform documentation. Customers retain all rights to their confidential enterprise data, internal policies, and proprietary evidence uploaded to the platform.
