Why We Exist · CyberPosture LLC

Bridging the Pre-Audit Void in Enterprise Risk

RAMP brings regulatory compliance and AI governance together, so organizations can assess their controls and AI, understand the risk, and be audit-ready from day one.

Our Founding Thesis

Modern enterprises face an expanding compliance dilemma: continuous monitoring tools are deployed everywhere, yet organizations still rely on manual consultants and scramble during annual audits.

The reason is structural: Continuous Compliance Monitoring (CCM) tools are Day 2 platforms. They monitor controls only after they have already been authored, mapped, and proven. They cannot bridge the “Pre-Audit Void”—the arduous Day 1 work of conducting gap assessments, testing control design, and proving effectiveness.

Compounding this challenge is the rapid adoption of autonomous LLMs and agentic workflows. Ungoverned AI introduces operational drift and prompt risk that traditional compliance frameworks never anticipated.

CyberPosture created RAMP (Readiness Assessment Measurement Protocol) to solve both challenges: uniting statutory regulatory compliance with frontier AI risk quantification, and delivering standardized evidence packages ready for immediate use by CCM tools and independent audit firms.

Valora is the second half of that thesis. The name comes from the Latin valor, worth or value, and valorar in Spanish and Portuguese, to value or appraise. Valora puts a dollar value on the risk of every AI system, before and after controls, so security, finance and the board decide with the same numbers instead of colour-coded heat maps.

Our Mission

Make governance provable.

We help organizations assess their controls and their AI, understand the risk in plain terms, and walk into an audit prepared, so that trust is something they can show, not something they hope for.

Our Vision

Confidence from the first day.

A world where every organization can govern its technology, including AI, with confidence from the first day, not the day after an audit finds the gaps.

  • Governance starts before the audit. Readiness is built, not discovered.
  • AI needs the same discipline as every other control. An owner, a requirements document, an approval and a view of its risk.
  • Risk should be understood by everyone who decides. Exposure in terms boards and finance leaders use.
  • Evidence beats assurance. Every decision leaves a trail an auditor can follow.
Risk Architecture

The Four Pillars of Modern Enterprise Exposure

A holistic risk posture requires evaluating exposure across all organizational boundaries:

Pillar 01

Statutory Regulatory Defensibility

Enterprise audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and SEC cybersecurity mandates. We translate statutory requirements into structured tests of design and effectiveness, eliminating compliance blind spots.

SOC 2 Type IIISO/IEC 27001HIPAA SecuritySEC Disclosures
Pillar 02

Frontier & Shadow AI Governance

Quantitative exposure modeling for LLM pipelines, autonomous agents, prompt interfaces, and shadow AI. We evaluate AI systems against NIST AI RMF 1.0 and ISO 42001, pricing operational risk into board-level dollar visibility ($VaR).

Third-Party & Ecosystem Posture

Evaluating external dependencies, cloud supply chain attack surfaces, and third-party vendor risks before they undermine your core compliance boundary.

Pillar 04

Accountability & Evidence

Every AI system has an owner, a requirements document, an approval and a clear view of its risk. Every decision, approval and finding leaves a trail an auditor can follow, with a human sign-off on record.

How We Deliver Defensibility

layers

Day 1 Readiness vs. Day 2 Monitoring

Continuous compliance monitoring (CCM) platforms are engineered to monitor controls once they exist. CyberPosture RAMP solves the critical Day 1 challenge: conducting gap assessments, authoring policies, and executing tests of design and effectiveness.

Standardized Output Files for CCMs & Audit Firms

We avoid brittle direct integrations. Instead, RAMP packages verified evidence, control matrices, and signed workpapers in standard file formats ready for seamless use by CCM tools and independent audit firms.

Quantitative Dollar Risk ($VaR)

We reject subjective, color-coded heatmaps. Our VALORA engine prices technical drift and AI vulnerabilities into concrete financial exposure figures for executive Boards and CFOs.

Assessment as a Service

RAMP delivers governance, risk and audit readiness as software: you describe your organization and technology, and it returns the assessment, registers and audit package. Run it again as things change.
