Assessment as a Service

Governance, risk and audit readiness, delivered as software.

Assessment as a service is a delivery model in which an organization describes its business and technology and receives a completed governance assessment, risk view and audit package from software, rather than a long consulting engagement. CyberPosture RAMP assesses controls, policies and AI systems and prepares the evidence for your auditor.

Two services run on the same assessment: AI governance (shadow AI, requirements documents, two-stage approval and risk in dollars) and audit readiness (controls, policies, test of design and effectiveness, audit plan and package).

Why a service model

  • Start with an assessment, not a long implementation project.
  • Repeatable: run it again when your technology, regulations or AI portfolio change.
  • Day 1 readiness for Day 2 monitoring: continuous monitoring and audits start from a prepared baseline.
  • Optional certified auditor review after the report is generated.

Questions

What is assessment as a service?
Assessment as a service means you describe your organization, technology and the regulations that apply, and receive a completed governance assessment, risk view and audit package from software, instead of a long consulting engagement.
What does the assessment cover?
Control gap and policy and procedure gap assessments with test of design and test of effectiveness, across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001, plus an AI governance process for AI systems.
Does RAMP issue an audit report or certification?
No. RAMP prepares evidence and assesses readiness. Licensed independent audit firms issue reports and certifications, and an optional certified auditor review is available after your report is generated.
Can I run the assessment again?
Yes. Rerun it when your technology, regulations or AI portfolio change so your gaps, registers and audit package stay current.
